Every session is built around actionable strategies from operators running real portfolios — not motivational fluff.

Questions? We got you.

No. The MTR Summit by Jesse Vasquez is a separate, larger event. Our School of Hard Knocks is a smaller, intimate event held around the same time. Many attendees go to both — but ours is designed for deep, tactical conversations in a room of 60 operators max.
Ticket prices are firm — a portion of every sale goes directly to San Diego Habitat for Humanity. We're proud to give back, and we hope you are too.
The VIP ticket includes the exclusive Sunset Yacht Cruise on June 2nd (6–8 PM PT, departing Safe Harbor) plus full access to the June 3rd main event at Négociant Winery. You'll network with your hosts, speakers, and fellow operators on the water — this is where the real conversations happen.
Yes. Lunch is included with every ticket. Come hungry.
If you're serious about building or scaling a temporary housing business, yes. This isn't beginner basics — it's tactical and operator-focused. But if you're ready to learn from people doing it at scale, you'll get a massive head start.
Of course! The more the merrier. Just know that every attendee — including your plus-one — needs their own ticket to get in.
